The location, between Campo Frari and Campo San Stin, is very quiet at yet at the same time within walking distance (15-20 minutes) of the Rialto, the Accademia and St. Mark’s. It is close to the archives, to the University at Cà Foscari, to the Church of the Frari and the “Scuola” of San Giovanni Evangelista (with their many musical events) and is not far from the “Scuola” of San Rocco, renowned for its Tintorettos. Various cafés, restaurants, take-aways and shops are within walking distance of the house; so is the nearest stop for all water transport on the Grand Canal at San Toma’. The apartments are on the third, fourth and fifth floors level and enjoy spacious views, some looking out on the Church of the Frari and the Canal S.Stin.
